Practice Information
The table below is an example of a normal Varsity schedule. The coach periodically makes changes to the schedule as he sees fit. The Novice schedule is similar, but has less morning practices. The green areas are weight or strength training sessions. These sessions are usually held at the Student Recreation Center (SRC), but sometimes are held at the Hollingbury Fieldhouse Men's Crew erg room. These sessions may include weight training, erg workouts and/or curcuit training. These training sessions are planned by the coaches.
